Feedback from clients is invaluable for constant ongoing design improvements. While this system was presented working properly, the internal fail-safe system was activating “too often”. The user used the system a lot. The “fix” was quite simple and other circuit enhancements/upgrades were made to the unit while in for examination. It was rewarding to see that the system is actually being used and used a lot !
